General Rules

  • Equipment Use: Please use all equipment provided by SAB Studios responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided.

  • Please do not drag furniture on the floor.

  • You are allowed to move the furniture and equipment (EXCLUDING THE LARGE MIRROR). All furniture must be moved back to its original place once finished.

  • Liability: SAB Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items/equipment brought into the studio, or any accidents that may occur in the studio.

  • Code of Conduct: We expect all clients to adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct whilst using our studio.

  • Please clean up after your studio session. If the studio is left in an unacceptable condition, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

  • Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to comply with all health and safety guidelines and regulations whilst on the studio premises.

Damages

  • Damages to furniture and equipment such as rips, stains or any items found broken during your session will be charged to you for the repair or full replacement for the item.

  • No smoking and drinking alcohol within the entire premises. No eating within the studio, please use kitchenette to eat.

Security Cameras

  • There is a security camera inside the studio and in the hallway for the security and safety of our clients and studio.

  • Footage is only reviewed in the event of a security concern, damages or an incident by authorised personnel.

  • There is a privacy screen for you to change and there is also a communal bathroom in the building where you can also change in.

Cancellation & Reschedulling

At SAB Studios, we value your time and commitment to our creative studio. We understand that sometimes plans change, this policy outlines our refund process for cancellations and rescheduling.

  • Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to your booked session.

  • Refund Process: Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed. Keep in mind that bank holidays and annual holidays may affect processing times.

  • Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, please email us at info@sabstudios.com with your booking details.

  • No Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 Hours of your booking time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours of the booking start time will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation request.

  • Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule a booking, please email us at info@sabstudios.com with your booking details and the date and time you would like to reschedule for.

Bookings

  • Studio hire is paid in full upon booking.

  • Your booking permits 1 person in the studio - if you would like additional people during your booking, it is an extra fee per person (maximum 6 guests).

  • If you’d like to extend your booking hours on the day, please contact us via info@sabstudios.com. Extra hours are charged at the standard rate of £45ph and are subject to availability.

  • Going over your booking slot without informing us will result in being charged a £50 inconvenience fee + an hourly rate of £45 per the hour/s you have gone over.

  • Please factor in any additional time needed for set-up or cleaning within your booking to avoid running over your allocated time and to avoid additional charges.
